Vivification after the Storm…
As I was walking home from work today. I couldn’t help but feel saddened about the shops that had been boarded up around town following the UK Riots. Business’s that were struggling were driven to extinction where others were picking the pieces up. As i walked past the Carhartt Store on Oldham Street the lovely people of which I know rather well there was a smile plastered all over my face. A good friend of mine from the store hired her buddy a rather talented graffiti artist to vivify the boards that were keeping the store safe till things had calmed down. I immediately rushed home and grabbed my camera. Bad things happen to all of us. Sometimes its making the best of those situations that makes us better humans.
