Sounds of Sea
There is nothing more relaxing that sitting by the sea and listening to its sounds. The waves, the winds and the gulls, as long as yo don’t get a little present as they fly overhead that is. Placed along the waterfront of jellicoe harbor in Auckland, New Zealand. 9 stainless steel structures designed by helsinki-based johan olin and aamu song that are connected to the ocean below deliver sounds of the sea straight to your ears, the larger ones are capable of seating people in them with the added benefit of protection from the elements and those crafty gulls. I think they are great..
