Les Boucles Brunes
An ex-student at the Graphic Lyceum in Rotterdam, Lars Janssen was born with an addiction for modern visual arts. After working for seven years independently on music video’s and film production Lars craved for something with more personal artistic freedom. This creative visionary sifted out photography as his medium of choice, with editorials driven by mood, feeling and and overall real-life quality. He was also attracted by the fact that he could envision, shoot and present his work in a short space of time. Les Boucles Brunes are a series of analog pictures taken on his trip to Paris. You can almost write a story as you transition from one picture to the other.
