There’s no denying that the Olympics are come around in the blink of an eye. I still remember the day that the announcement was made that London would host the 2012 Olympics and here we are! To get us into the swing of things adidas is launching the archive Team GB collection in collaboration with their long standing partnership with Team GB. adidas Originals silhouettes are fused with materials, colour palette’s and detailing inspired by the Team GB kit from the Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games, when adidas sponsored Team GB for the very first time.
The Archive Team GB Originals collection, in keeping with the official competition wear of the Games gone by, continues to feature red, white and blue taping detail. Every piece of apparel includes the distressed iconic Originals Trefoil logo and the Team GB flag. The collection is made up of 6 pieces of apparel and four pieces of footwear.
