Incase Tortoise Snap Case for the iPhone 4S

Hope you are all having a good weekend and haven’t had a nasty slide on the ice. We got quiet a blanket of the white stuff in the UK over the past 48 hours and looks like the rest of Europe have had their share too.

I have an almost insatiable appetite for iPhone cases. I must have gone through a fair few ever since the phone was launched in 2007. I’ve had my eye on this Tortoise Snap case from Incase for a while now. Launched late last year it was only available for sale via the US website. I haven’t had much luck with Incase snap cases lately. Think it might just be the clear ones. They have a reputation to literally ‘snap’ along the edges on the top, and this is even without a single drop. Due to the aforementioned reason I was slightly reluctant on purchasing it from the US due to obvious dramas when it came to return policies etc. In the past the guys at the local Apple Store have been more than happy to swap defective cases but I doubt it would be the same internationally. As I do on my usual wander through the shops I called in at the Apple store and laid my eyes on in. Minutes later I had it in my hand. My last case the Uncommon Deflector Case was great but I just fancied a change. Hey! Who said a phone can’t have a wardrobe too!, The Incase case comes with standard Incase packaging with an included stand. It simply snaps on and exposes the top and bottom of the phone with easy access to ports and buttons. It seems to add no noticeable bulk to the phone. If anything it makes it more ergonomic. Beautiful as the industrial design of the iPhone 4/4S is to look at glass and slippery hands are never a good combination. You can pick up the case via the Apple Store or the Incase Website.
